Weather can occasionally affect scheduling. If we need to adjust your service day, we’ll communicate ahead of time so you’re never left guessing.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have access to your lawn, you don’t need to be home. Most customers prefer service while they’re at work or away, and we’ll take care of everything.
Service Policies
Weather Delays
Lawn care is weather-dependent. For safety and quality reasons, service may be delayed due to rain, lightning, flooding, or excessively wet conditions. Weather delays do not count as missed service Delayed services are typically completed within 1–3 days, weather permitting No additional fees will be charged due to weather delays Our goal is always to service your property as soon as conditions allow without damaging your lawn.
Cancellations
You may cancel service at any time. No cancellation fees We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible Same-day cancellations may result in the service being skipped until the next available date
Lawn Health Disclaimer
We are not responsible for: Pre-existing lawn damage Drought stress, disease, pests, or soil conditions Damage caused by irrigation issues or underground objects not marked or disclosed
Pet Waste (Poop Scoop Policy)
For the safety of our crew and equipment, yards must be free of pet waste before service. If pet waste is present, one of the following may occur: Service may be skipped and rescheduled, or A pet waste handling fee may be applied Pet Waste Fee: Light amount: $10–$15 Heavy amount: price determined on site We highly recommend pet waste be removed prior to your scheduled service.
Skipped Services
A service may be skipped if: Yard conditions are unsafe Pet waste is excessive Access is unavailable Weather conditions prevent service Skipped services due to these conditions are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Policy
Refunds are prorated based on services not yet completed. Example: If a customer prepays for a year of service and cancels after one month, only the unused portion of service is eligible for a refund. Completed services are non-refundable Partial months are calculated based on scheduled services Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Obstructions & Yard Access
Please ensure the lawn is clear of: Toys, hoses, cords, furniture, or debris Locked gates or blocked access areas If access is not available or excessive obstructions prevent service, the visit may be skipped or rescheduled.
Payments & Billing
All standard lawn care services (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) are paid upfront. One-time services are due before service Recurring services are billed in advance of each service period Monthly recurring services are billed at the beginning of the month Mulch, cleanups, and additional upsells may be billed separately.

By booking service with TD Services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
